RSU3 has its own fitness center located at Mount View High School which is available for use to the community through Adult Education. Come join us and set up a fitness plan that works best for you!
Lace up your sneakers, grab your music and a friend, and come on inside for some walking fun! Don't be a couch potato this winter. The Mount View complex has been mapped out for community members to get some excersise! Add a spin around the track for some added fresh air! Pre-registration is required and there will be an orientation the first night.

This course is designed to teach CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction for victims of all ages. This course is particularly beneficial for those who are expected to respond to emergencies in the workplace. It is also ideal for any person interested in being trained for response to a sudden cardiac emergency in the home, school, or community. Knowledge and skills for the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) will also be included. A 2 year AHA Heartsaver Certification awarded upon course completion. Let’s get together for a three-hour class to go over some of my favorite holiday treats. We will go over how to make homemade chocolate, turtles, peanut butter cups, peppermint patties, chocolate covered pretzels, coconut clusters, salted caramels, candy nuts, caramel corn, and maybe even maple fudge. Course fee will cover all material and instruction.
