Set up a fitness plan that will work best for you. Session includes complete orientation and availability of an on-site trainer during the entire session. Discover your strengths and pursue 12 weeks of life enhancing workouts. Sign up for a 12-week session, using the facility up to 2 nights per week. The center is fully equipped with several cardiovascular machines including treadmills, elliptical, upright, and recumbent stationary bicycles, a rowing machine, free weights, and complete Life Fitness Pro circuit series of weight machines. Requires medical clearance waiver. Must be 18 years or older. No street shoes allowed in the fitness facility.
Exact Dates and cost for this class are TBA in August. Come take time for yourself and your health! All levels of experience are welcome. This class introduces basic principles of breathing techniques and poses, and will expand upon them as time goes on. The yoga will be moderate, with posture options for a gentler practice, if desired. Each week we’ll explore a theme, and support will be offered for continuing a home practice. Some yoga mats will be available. Please bring a blanket. Minimum of 5 for class to run.
LEARN TO CURL! Belfast Curling Club
If you would like to try curling, you can learn in one 2 hour session! It is just $25 to experience curling - a Winter Olympic sport. The Belfast Curling Club is located at 211 Belmont Ave. (Rt. 3), 2 miles west of Belfast. Wear loose comfortable clothing, dress warmly in layers (you’re on ice), and bring a separate pair of clean sneakers. Sign up now! Learn to Curl class size limited to 24.

Lace up your sneakers, grab your music and/or a friend, and come on inside for some walking fun. Don’t be a couch potato this winter! With the help of Athletic Trainer Casey Holmes, the Mt View complex has been mapped out for community members to get some exercise! Add a spin around the track for some added fresh air! Pre-registration is required and there will be an Orientation on your first night. Available times will be when school is NOT in session. START DATE TBA.
