Come take time for yourself and your health! All levels of experience are welcome. This class introduces basic principles of breathing techniques and poses, and will expand upon them as time goes on. The yoga will be moderate, with posture options for a gentler practice, if desired. Each week we’ll explore a theme, and support will be offered for continuing a home practice. Some yoga mats will be available. Please bring a blanket. Minimum of 5 for class to run.
